Comparing a list of values

["A.H." <isaac840 -at- yahoo -dot- com>]

  I've got an Excel doc with two worksheets: one with
a list of (225) forms and associated URLs and another
with new (275) forms. 

  I need to compare them and output the difference.
Does anyone know a way to do this?

I think in the past I used a vlookup but I can't get
it to work.
