Single Sourcing Tools

I've been researching several single sourcing/content management tools, and
I've come up with three possible candidates: AuthorIT, HelpServer, and
DocZone.com.

If you've used any of these programs, can you give me a review?
Are there others that you would suggest?
Any warnings?
