Create a table -
This will help you define the 'real requirements' for doing business,
staying in business
Column 1 - Business requirement - Narrative
Column 2 - Existing A1 Requirement
Column 3 - Desired A2 Requirement
Column 4 - New Requirement - Required for A2, Optional for A2
Column 5 - Constraints on the A2 requirement
Column 6 - Information regarding the A2 requirement
Column 7 - Business Continuity Requirement/Disaster Recovery
This should do for a start. This is just an ad hoc approach. It can be
updated to meet your needs.
