Cudspan tools

Hi,
Does anyone know what has happened to the Cudspan site?
I have been trying to get the Cudspan tools since the last two weeks,  
but the site seems to have fallen off the face of the Web :(
If anyone has a copy of those tools, could you give them to me? Or is  
that against the license?
