Just a footnote on parsing names: 
names can be made of many words,
(OED, name) and as a unit, cannot be parsed. 
  The United States of America is four words.
 Does grammar apply? Not really. 
The unity of a name disqualifies
it from grammatical parsing--which applies
 to sentences, not names. (OED, parse).
  Adobe Systems is two nouns combined
  into one name. There's no modifier relationship
 on 'Adobe'. Much like a person's name : Hank Jones.
