I took a look at the site, and the key logging isn't even the worst part 
of it. They take a picture of you using a web cam every few minutes to 
verify that you are there and they also take a picture of the computer 
screen at the same time to make sure you're not playing Solitaire or 
something.

Big brother is here ... or rather at Odesk.

And the top amount they pay for a tech writer is less than $40 an hour 
with $16 the average. Since they claim to be global, my guess is that 
most of the people doing the work are probably not in the US.

Run away. Run away FAST.
