Yes, my end-users still require documentation in PDF. Several want the
ability to search for a search string in the PDFs - that request just
crossed my monitor a couple of hours ago. Others will purposely go to
the PDF file just because they know they can print it and get page
numbers. That's how my end-users are using it, which, honestly, has no
bearing on how your end-users use the PDFs you currently distribute.
Do your end-users still require documentation in PDF (regardless of
whether they actually read it or not!)? My feel is that they will
require a PDF as a security blanket, but then want the "nicety" of other
tools....online help, flash demos, HTML documentation, etc.
Create HTML or Microsoft Word content and convert to Help file formats or
