I don't think there's necessarily anything unethical that needs 
to be done.  If you're "killing yourself in the process" to get 
all your projects done on schedule, the odds are that most
if not all of them already are on the verge of crashing and
burning before you get them done.  You just need to stop
making it all look easy.
