I updated this doc about Crystal Reports a few years ago:

http://support.citrix.com/servlet/KbServlet/download/621-102-11493/cryst
al_sql_en_guide.pdf

You describe two types of users; from what I recall, this doc is for the
more technical of the two.

Does anybody on the list know how to go about documenting a Crystal
Report?

It will have to be technical, in that it shows how the report queries
the
databases (for the developers).
The document also would have to document the report and it`s function
(for
end-users).

Would it be acceptable to put them into one document, with the report
breakdown (the technical breakdown) in one section and the end-user
instruction in another?

I am wanting to avoid creating two documents, as the documentation will
be
filed in one place for all to view/use.

Any input would be appreciated.

Regards

Damian
