Survey Design?

Hello all.

I was wondering if any of you have come across any references (books or Web
sites) that are particularly good resources on survey design? I'm finding
that my role often takes me to marketing and user input on new releases, and
we've been constructing more surveys as of late.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
