I use a 250 GB USB hard drive for local backups (for accessibility) and
Mozy for off-site backups. So far, I haven't had to use more than the
space allotment under the free plan, and it works invisibly in the
background, so it isn't something I need to remember.

Haven't had to recover from any disasters yet, but I've had enough in
the past when I DIDN'T have a backup routine in place. Not going there
again.
