That check box should be available only if you install RoboPDF. That
should be on your RoboHelp X5 CD, and you can install it at any time.

Subject: Unable to "Generate PDf" in RoboHelp X5
I'm using RoboHelp X5. I can publish the WebHelp version, but I'm unable
to directly publish in PDF. It seems I have to go publish in Word first,
then convert the Word document to PDF which is very clumsy. It would
help a lot if I could jump right into PDF.
Under "Single Source Layouts," when I click "Printed Documentation," the
screen pops up nicely. But under "PDF Support," the check box for
"Generate PDF" is unavailable.
Any ideas how I can make X5 generate PDFs directly?
Craig
