This has recently come up where I work, too. Does anyone know of any
'authoritative' resources that refer to an industry standard? I've found
anecdotal incidents of from 5 hrs/page to 2 hrs/page. I've been using 40-60
minutes/page for typical document drafted by a non-writer, usually an
engineer, programmer, project manager, etc.
Thanks!
Rick
