Hey Liz,

  I make templates for everything! I designate a
folder on our shared drive for Chapters, TOC, Customer
Letters, Quick Reference Guides, etc. so everyone in
my organization can access them when needed.  I set my
preferences in Word and save docs with a unique naming
convention.  No special tools required.

The folks I work with love that everything comes
pre-branded and formatted.  I love changing the title,
footer text and jumping into the body of the doc
without fours hours of setup.
