Yeah, I should reread that -- I'm sure it's as relevant today as it was
mumblety years ago.
One snippet that's always stuck in my mind: Manager asks engineer, "What
are you doing?" Engineer replies, "I'm thinking." Manager responds,
"Can't you do that on your own time?"
