Resumes aren't supposed to be hard-sell docs. Think of
your resume as a conversation-starter between you and
some future colleagues. They want to find someone like
you who can help them. Your resume's job is to nicely
introduce your professional abilities as you applied
them in past projects. That's all the selling you
really need to do.
