If you haven't done so already, add these to your list
of questions:
What are their plans for the future of the
documentation group? Are you expected to do nothing
but be a tech writer, or will you be the seed for a
growing doc organization?
Answers to these questions make a big difference to
how you can expect your job to evolve. And speaking
personally, for me it would make a considerable
difference in what I'd be willing to put up with on
the job.
