I see dark, severely threatening storm clouds ahead for you, her, and the
rest of the crew that have to be near this type of thing.

If you have a problem with your job responsibilities, you need to work those
things out or leave. Grousing about how your manager isn't any good at
managing isn't going to get yu anywhere unless you have a sympathetic ear to
one of her superiors. Sounds like you'd not have posted if you had that, and
that's why I see dark clouds -- I hear great anger in you and while I feel
sympathy myself for you, I have to say that I think you really ought to
skedaddle out of there and find a situation in which you can have some
respect for your manager. You don't have any for her, that's clear. Unless
you have the influence to get rid of her, continued delving into who's right
and who's wrong will bring only heartache unless you find an ally in the
company who has more power than your manager does.
