With the Feedback Service, you will have the ability to run end-user
feedback reports and see how your readers are using your Web-based Help, and
for the first time, desktop Help such as HTML Help and DotNet Help. Now you
can get feedback on how your audience uses your Help content, maximizing the
effectiveness of your documentation. In addition, the Service bring cutting
edge Web 2.0 community capabilities to your documentation, allowing readers
to add their own comments to existing documentation. Gain all of these new
feedback benefits without any additional servers, hardware, or maintenance

The Feedback Service is offered as a hosted service in increments of 3, 6
