-- today "prettying up" a full set of documentation that's been shelfware since 2001. Policies, procedures, instructions, and data maps are all smushed together into a "procedure". Many times I would rather write from scratch than go through this exercise, but since the department supervisor retired last week it's been decided that it might be important to be able to find the old information, not now locatable in the old documents. So I've been asked to "pretty it up", to which request I actually did reply "Gnarf". One of these's days I'm going to define "gnarf" right into somebody's leg.
