SilverLight will end being much more powerful that Flash. Instead of
ActionScript, SilverLight uses a subset of the .NET Framework. As a
result, more people will know how to work with it, what you can do with
it will be limitless, and there will be many more tools available for
it. The third-party support system for Visual Studio and the .NET
Framework is huge. 

We have a simple sample SilverLight page up and running at the link
below. At first, you will only see a link to download the SilverLight
plug-in. Once you download the plug-in, you will see the page. It shows
some basic SilverLight features and gives some useful information and
resource links.
