According to the Microsoft Manual of Style, page 35, "Titles of "See Also"
sections can also vary. For example, such sections might be called "Related
Topics" or, for cross-references that are exclusively hyperlinks, "Related
Links.""

Personally, I have different connotations for "See Also" and "Related
Topics." "See Also" sounds like a different method for the same subject and
"Related Topics" sounds like a similar but different subject.

"See Also," "Related Topics," and "Related Links" are all titles for
cross-references, so it is probably best to be consistent and give them one
name.
