This will answer the question I think you're asking:

1. In Firefox, click Tools > Account Settings
2. Click the name of the account in the tree structure (it's in bold)
3. Enter the information you want in the default identity fields. You can
specify an email address that will appear as the "From:" address, and a
reply-to email address
