I haven't seen the variants "1ce" and "2ce" before. But "1ce" looks like a misspelling of "Ice" and "2ce" or rather "2c-e" is psychedelic drug, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2C-E. I imagine that both terms should be avoided.

I did see "1ce" used to represent "once" in a book title, http://www.bookcrossing.com/mybookshelf/1ce-Upon-A-Time.

Now in discussing years, "1 CE" and "2 CE" are both correct, since "CE" refers to "Common Era" and supplants "AD" and its religious connotations.
