Perhaps, the thing we are trying to name does not need a name.

Try:

Click Payments to access the Payments controls.

Or if it is not clear that what "Payments" to click in the interface:

Click the Payments tab to access the Payments controls.

Or if one feels the need to spoon feed the user:

To manage Payments, click the Payments tab to access the Payments
controls.






As a user, I don't care if I'm running an application, a program, an
applet, a widget or a glimph. I'm just using tools to get my job done.
(The phrase "Payments tools" might replace "Payments controls" in the
samples above.)
