This is a Stupid Trick workaround. In Word 2000 you can manually set the
"nulling" H2 or H3 paragraph to be hidden. No matter what text is in
there (and you should leave a note to the author, like "Null H2") Word
evaluates the StyleRef as a blank. Might still work in 2003.
