help with a pdf program

To all,

I would like to hear back off-list from any of you who are at least fairly adept with pdf995 (part of the software995 suite). My firm doesn't have Acrobat (and won't be getting it anytime soon), so this is what I use to create the few pdf files that I need -- except that I also need to access some of the Acrobat-like features and am getting nowhere fast.
