Hello,

We use PDFs as our online help, pretty simple files really, with
bookmarks. My question is: do you folks do anything different for a
"printer-friendly" version of your PDFs? I'm particularly interested in
navigation supports you may provide for a printer version-for example,
do you include a TOC (since printing Bookmarks seems to be impossible
w/o some 3rd party plug-in-or have I missed something?)? Any other
tips? Many thanks.

Terilyn
