This is the same program. Your employer pays a fee to MS
as part of its site license and you pay a fee that is supposed
to be for the packaging, handling and shipping of the CD.
You don't "own" the disk, and if you leave the company
or the company doesn't maintain its MS site license, your
license to use the software is supposed to become invalid.
I say "supposed to," because I don't think any company I've
ever worked for has bothered to notify MS that an HUP
user has left the company.
