No tool capability is responsible for the quality of a deliverable.
That's like using the same argument to say that cut and paste is bad.
In the wrong hands, it's reponsible for more errors than all the
software combined.

Now, it may allow those who create bad output to make it faster (which
they will always do with any software anyway), but it also allows
those who know what they are doing to produce more high-quality
deliverables, which then gives them more time to fix the bad output
out there.

Of course they are doing this to compete with WebWorks (not so much
Mif2Go as it needs FM). That's not bad, though...it's a valid
capability.
