Aren't you drawing what you've done? Or merely what you imagine you'd
do? I'm not clear on why a photo would cause you to put your hand in a
bad place any more than a drawing would.
But the real problem in that situation is: proper design would ensure
that no sharp edges were accessible to tender fingers during any setup,
maintenance, or repair activity. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen.
