Hi all

Thanks for all the replies and suggested rephrasing of the 'you' sentences.
I found it interesting how some of the rewrites also subtly changed the
meaning or emphasis, but then I didn't give the full context, so that's
understandable.
Anyway, thanks again for the suggestions and feedback.
