Why use Frame? Was, "RE: Managing 13 customizations to the same user guide"

I haven't used FrameMaker since circa 2000. I'd be grateful if you could
share why someone purchasing a new tool would go with FrameMaker over
something like RoboHelp, Flare, or Help & Manual.
