To be honest, I don't think I have the words to do justice to how much this

Thanks Eric, and everyone (current and past) for contributing. Sure
sometimes we get a little hot under the collar, and sometimes we get
diverted a little but this list has been nothing short of a godsend and it's
a credit to our profession that so many people are willing to share their
knowledge so freely.
