All my procedures start with a TaskIntroduction paragraph. For a
single-step procedure, it's followed by a TaskOneStep paragraph, which
has a double-chevron kind of bullet. Probably something like the
arrow-thingies you have six or eight of, one after the other. :-)
That said, I assiduously avoid single-step procedures. They can almost
always be made into two-, three-, or four-step procedures by adjusting
the granularity or the starting point/assumptions.
