Innovasys Document!X. Because then I'd be getting paid to figure out the feature set by trial and error, instead of doing it as a prerequisite to doing what I'm paid for, as is the case now. And I'd know where the software engineers sit, so I could shake them and say "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?", which would be rude but cathartic.
