I believe you are correct in everything you state Mr. Kim-Eng. I do have one question that I ask in jest, how do I pay the bills if I sever all ties?? :-)

I have some additional data for anyone following this thread, I was today told my current manager was going to, if I was hired by the other department, block the move as he stated it was not a promotion and he stated I am in a critical position in his department. This after he tells me I do not know what I am doing and not a very good Tech Writer??? You cant make this stuff up!!

Please keep the ideas, suggestions, anything you feel coming to the board, it is helping me very much to keep my head clear. I really appreciate all you talking with me. Thank you!!!
