InDesign's bulleted styles are similar to Frame's. You select bullets
as an attribute of a paragraph style and you can tailor them anyway that
you like. If you're more comfortable with Frame, go for it. But really,
if InDesign is set up properly there's very little difference between
working in Frame or InDesign.
