Hi Everyone,
My company is starting a new contract to create a Web portal and data
mining tool from COTS tools. I have been assigned to be the Training
Lead. As my first assignment, I have been asked to go through our list
of prospective vendors and see what I can find out about their
reputations for providing training support to customers and (even)
potential customers. The idea is that they would train me and I would
give our team and clients enough instruction to be able to evaluate the
tool. I am not allowed, at this point, to contact the vendors
themselves. I have been to their Web sites, of course, but need more
(and objective) info.
I know I'm not giving you much information to go on, but does anyone
have any suggestions as to an approach?
