Forgot this point. Sun can easily say that Hoenemier's
manager had no authority from the company to impose
mandatory OT, pay her the money and then whack the
manager over the head for it (if nobody else you know
at Sun is salaried and being required to put in that
mandatory OT, that might even be the real situation).
And if Hoenemier's lawyers can't find the additonal
writer/s to turn her individual action into the more
lucrative class action, accepting it might be her best
bet.
