"Technical Communication" isn't always the communication of "technology."
In the definition I posted here, I said, in part, that "technical
communication was the communication of technical subject matter."

"Technical subject matter" can include technology or the technical aspects
of requirements, business processes, or any other subject matter that is
"technical."
