<In RoboHelp, the technical writer was able to make the images conditional 
so that Product A screenshot shows up in Product A manual and Product B 
screenshot shows up in Product B manual.>

Your tech writer generated 2 different builds of the help system. Take the 
Product A build and sent it to Word. All the Product A conditional text and 
images should flow to Word. Send the Product B build to a separate document.

It should save you more time than the process you are currently using.
