There's a dangling comma in my example where I didn't delete a comma from
the sentence I copied.  The correct sentence should be,

"Voters who want to vote in the November election must register by October
15."

Thanks, Paul, for catching that and bringing it to my attention.  Yeah, and
thanks for the sarcasm, Mike; my day was getting low on satire.
