We will be moving from MS Word to AuthorIT in the coming weeks. I guess that
we will still continue to use MS Word 2003 in some way.

Our department is now in dire need of a Documentation Management System (for
the Word files, for the Authorit Files - although those will be on an
SQL server, for the graphic files, etc.)

My company does not believe in DMS and so far, I have not been able to
convince them that this was mandatory.

Is there a free tool out there that could be used as a DMS? I have already
asked this question a few days ago and I have heard about Alfresco but I
don't want it to be high maintenance.

Any advice?

Thanks,

Sylvia
