appearance of being hip, "new paradigm" business
practices, but they're just as rigid and inflexible as
those of any other megacorporation.
It's been my observation that the working experience
in most manufacturing companies starts to suffer
when the number of people in the company exceeds
100. In the very few software companies I've had any
experience with (specifically, three, and only as an
outside consultant, not an employee), that number
seemed more like 25.
