I used RD fields for the TOC. It is a really useful tool. The problem is
that even if you generate a TOC with all the chapter documents and the main
user manual, you still need a way to put the whole thing together to send
the manual out for review, create a PDF for clients etc.

Any suggestions on how I could do that?
