I'm unclear on something here. Is the suggestion to tape engineers doing the setup just to answer all questions at once, or also to use the tape as the training video? Because that isn't going to work either..!
It sounds like a shoot-from-the-hip suggestion that everyone is afraid to critique as the bad idea it is.
