Actually, in reviewing the tale, it doesn't like like actionable
harassment yet. Inappropriate? You bet. But not harassment. But his
behavior after you firmly say "no" will determine your next steps. If
he respects the "no" and drops it, great, get back to work. If he
continues in any way, get thee to HR pronto.

By the way, what hobby is it that he's talking about? Some kind of
role-playing game?
