Me again. I neglected to mention that selecting all and updating works too.
I've developed a habit when dealing with autonumbers and autotext of
pressing Ctrl+a, and then F9, and doing that twice when page numbers might
change, before saving. I guess that's like a muscle macro, sort of like
muscle memory for Word geeks.
