This is a purely personal preference on my part, but if what
I wanted was a direct position with a company, I would not
accept more than one contract with them, and only on a
clearly stated temp-to-hire basis. If that 100-day temp
employee layoff started to rear its head and there was no
direct offer in the works to convert me before it hit, I'd
write them off and move on.
